Therapeutic Nordic Walking

 

Nordic walking offers a powerful way to support body and mind in motion.

 

These 1:1 sessions are offered locally and blend movement, reflection and quiet coaching—on foot, at your pace, and with or without poles.

 

You don’t need to be experienced—just open to trying something different in nature.

Alongside 1:1 coaching, I occasionally offer small workshops, downloadable resources, and online options—simple, reflective tools to support women navigating change, recovery and reconnection. These are open to everyone.
